Course will prepare you to teach a broad range of
exercises, variations, and modifications performed on the Reformer.
You will learn how to combine Mat and Reformer based
workouts to increase variety and adjust intensity.
Upon completion of the course you will be able to customize personal
training sessions for a range of clients.
